- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any other personal items that have been worn.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- You will be issued a return shipping label (if applicable) to send the item back.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges:
- If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange for the exchange.
- If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders, personalized items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
